Hannah often mixes it in with our artisan Farm Flour for a nuttier and more flavorful sourdough bread loaf. Our Einkorn Flour is finely milled locally in Utah and includes 2% Ash*. 

*Ash refers to the bits of bran and germ from the wheat kernel that is left in the flour during the milling process to increase flavor. nutrition and texture.
